What should I do when counting
sheep won't even work?

I was finally able to go to sleep at 5, after cleaning out a junk drawer, organizing a new calendar (please send me your birthdays), and updating my blog. My eyes are really tired, but other than that I feel great. Hopefully this is not going to happen on a daily basis.

That doesn't sound like any fun!!! I am awake at night sometimes, but for a completely different reason--it's Brayden's favorite time to be awake!! I wish I had good advice on how to fall back asleep!

When this happens to me, which I will admit is not often, I just give up and watch TV or try to get some stuff done. It may not be the best method but I absolutely hate just staying in bed trying to go to sleep. It's the worst! Glad you eventually dozed off!

My aunt takes a product called Simply Sleep. She has always had a problem with waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall asleep, but when she takes Simply Sleep she is able to fall back asleep. It's basically the same ingredient that Benadryl has minus the anti-histamine. It's not supposed to be addictive like other sleeping pills may be. It is over the counter.
