3 signs it's time to go on a diet/exercise more:

1. The pair of jeans you just bought are the size you said you'd NEVER wear.
2. Your mom is skinnier and in better shape than you are.
3. The Subway scratch off card you received says "Exercise More." This coming after you just ate a footlong sandwich in one sitting.

Unfortunately all of these things now apply to me. I didn't gain the "Freshman 15" while in college. I gained the "First year out of college 20." How does that work?
